I grew up in San Jose, California | a first-generation kid with an obsession for sport, a pencil case full of ambition, and parents who taught me that consistency beats talent every single week. Football wasn't a hobby; it was the scaffolding of my early identity.
That identity took me to Europe, where I spent my late teens and early twenties playing competitively | chasing contracts, traveling between clubs, and learning how systems, team structure, and small 1%-daily habits either compound into results or quietly fall apart. A serious injury ultimately ended the career, and for the first time in my life I had to choose a second act without a locker room telling me where to show up.
I chose marketing. My first formal role was inside Raiffeisen Bank, where I learned what it meant to operate inside a regulated, data-heavy environment | KPIs, risk, compliance, brand voice, and the slow craft of moving a traditional institution into a digital world. It's where my love for performance marketing started: the ability to connect a creative to a click to a customer, and to prove it with the numbers.
From there I went deep. I studied at the University of Washington, Seattle and added postgraduate and professional credentials on top of my bachelor's | stacking formal academic training with internationally accredited certifications so that every strategy I put my name on was backed by a methodology, not a guess:
